At Hostel Knot, our regular check-in hours are 2:00 PM–6:00 PM.
Due to privacy and data protection measures on booking platforms such as Booking.com and Agoda, the phone number registered by the guest may not be visible to the accommodation.
Because of this, we may not be able to contact you directly by phone to confirm your arrival time. Communication may need to be handled through the messaging system of the booking platform.
If you will arrive after 6:00 PM
If you already know that you will not be able to arrive by 6:00 PM, please contact Hostel Knot directly by email as soon as possible.

For arrivals after 6:00 PM, self check-in arrangements are required in advance.
