Volunteer Experience in Japan: Maja ― 1 month Living in Shuzenji

My one-month stay in Izu has come to an end, and I’m going to miss it so much!

I met some amazing people, ate way too much food (yes, I’ll admit it — most of it was convenience store food! But I also tried some local restaurants, and honestly, everything I ate was delicious), and got to explore new parts of Japan I hadn’t visited before!

Of course, I explored Izu, but I also made it to Ito, Atami, Mishima, Numazu, and even Kawaguchiko.

I had such an incredible time during my stay in Izu, and I’m forever grateful for this experience and all the wonderful memories I’ll carry with me for life.
