Hostel Knotでは新型コロナウイルス感染予防対策として以下の対策を徹底し、7月1日から営業を再開いたします。新たな日常、新たな旅のスタイルが提案される中で、変わり続けながらも変わらず「人と人の結び目となる場所」となれるよう努力していきます。訪れるゲストの方々の健康と安心を第一に考え、スタッフ一丸となり以下の感染予防対策を徹底的に実施していきます。ご協力よろしくお願いいたします。
Several cases of pneumonia related to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) have been reported in Japan. Our guesthouse will be implementing the following measures in response. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
１. 接客時の対応 - Hygiene Service
● チェックイン業務の際はスタッフはマスクを必ず着用し、ご対応させていただきます。
– The staff will be wearing masks as a precautionary measure.
● 受付での対面を可能な限り回避するため、事前にお送りするフォームでのプリチェックインをお願いいたします。
– To avoid face-to-face contact as much as possible during check-in, please check-in with the form below.
● チェックイン時、全てのお客様に非接触体温計を用いて検温をさせていただきます。
– We will measure every guest’s body temperature and check health at check-in.
● 会計時は、会計トレイを使用させていただきます。
– We will use a cash tray to avoid a close contact.
２. 消毒と換気の対策 - Disinfection
● 客室や共有スペースにおいて、不特定多数の方が手に触れるをリスト化し、清掃時以外も定期的に消毒を徹底しています。
– Disinfectants are regularly used during cleaning, especially in locations frequented by large numbers of people.
● 館内各所 ( 受付, コミュニティスペース, キッチン, トイレ, お部屋) にどなたでも利用できる “消毒液ディスペンサー” を設置しています。(次亜塩素酸水を使用しています)
– Hand sanitizer is now available throughout the hotel. We highly recommend practicing proper hand sanitization at all times.
● 共用でご用意していたスリッパとサンダルは利用不可とさせていただいています。ご希望の方のみ、消毒済みのスリッパを貸出しております。
– We will not be using a common slippers and sandals for a while. But you can rent a disinfected slipper if you would like.
● 共用キッチンの食器類は、使用したゲストの方自身で洗っていただき水切りカゴにおいていただき、その後スタッフが消毒をして棚に戻す方法で管理しています。
– Dishes and cups will be returned to a cabinet after disinfecting by the staff.
● 空調の換気機能や窓の開放を用い、日中や夜間など出来る限りの換気に取り組みます。
– We will practice frequent ventilating.
３. スタッフの健康管理 - Staff's Hygiene Management
● スタッフには毎朝の体温測定、健康状態のチェックシート記入を義務づけています。体温が37.5℃以上の場合は出勤停止とします。
– The staff is required to check health and measure a body temperature everyday. If body temperature is 37.5 degrees of higher, they will not be allowed to work.
４. ゲストの皆様へのお願い - Wishing
● 必ずマスクをつけてご来館ください。館内共有スペースでは「マスク着用・咳エチケット」にご協力ください。
– Please bring your own wear a mask and wear it at a common space as much as possible.
● 出発前に体温測定、健康チェックの実施をお願いします。当日チェックイン前はもちろん、宿泊中も体調がすぐれない場合は、必ずスタッフまでお声かけください。
– If you are experiencing a fever or cough, or if you are feeling unwell in any way, please speak to the staff immediately before and after check-in.
● ご予約いただいていた場合でも、感染の疑いがある(計測体温が37.5℃以上 etc.) 場合ご宿泊および館内のご利用をお断りさせていただく場合がございます。少しでも体調に違和感があった場合は、旅行の延期を検討するようお願いいたします。
– We afraid that we may need to refuse to stay in that way. If you are experiencing a fever or cough, or if you are feeling unwell in any way , please conseder and refrain from the trip .
● 旅行中は、他人との身体的距離の確保、マスク着用、手洗い・手指の消毒のを心がけましょう。
– Please practice keeping proper distance, wearing a mask, handwashing duaring all time of the travel.
● 洗っていただいた食器類はご自身で棚に戻さず、水切りカゴに置いておいてください。そスタッフが消毒をしてから棚に戻します。
– Washed dishes and cups will be returned to a cabinet after disinfecting by the staff.
● 外から帰ってきたときは、手洗いうがい・手指と携帯電話の消毒をお願いいたします。
– Please practice proper handwashing, gargle with mouthwash and sanitizing your phone evrytime when you come back.
